Here is Gracie and Lilly getting ready to get in the pool. It was hot that day.I loved Lilly's face so much I had to blow it up. She is so cute.We got a new pool this year. its the same as last years just a different color. The girls really like it. I wish we had a big "real" pool like the one I grew up with. It was a blast. The Girls are real fishes. They love the water.
And they love the tramp. (sungy on Lilly)
After swimming, we headed to Jeff and Jenny's for a BBQ and More swimming (notice the pool in the background there?) Here is Lilly, Bayley and Gracie having some food before getting into swimsuits.Kunka having a "Ba-ba" and hanging out with Grandpa. We weren't just celebrating the Nations birthday, we had some family birthdays to celebrate. Blake (28th of June), Jenny (6th of July), Kristi (8th of July) & Dad (9th of July). My mom made homemade (from scratch) Cake and RuthAnn made yummy Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream.
Here are Gracie, Bayley and Abby enjoying their Ice Cream. (taking a break from the pool)It was starting to get late and Emily was getting really tired. So was Blake...Oh I forgot to mention, we spent most of the day Saturday (june 30th) in the Instacare with Blake. He had fallen off our deck and tore (we think) his Rotator cuff. So he was pretty sore.Lilly was getting pretty tired too...I had promised Graice and Lilly we would watch fireworks at home but Gracie wanted to shoot them off at Jeffs. I had to remind her that we didn't have any fireworks...and she was pretty sad. She cried most of the way home.
Here she is not wanting to leave the party. She said that I broke her Heart. I think she is the one that broke mine..look at that face. But, she was all smiles again when we pulled into our Neighborhood. Our Mexican neighbors and the Electrician Neighbors across the street both had Fireworks so the girls sat on the lawn and watched. We also had a few big fireworks going over our heads. All in all they had a good day and were very tired when it was all over. How Blessed we are to live in a land that is Free. I wouldn't want it any other way.
