Deck the halls

I forgot to mention, my sweet husband finished my biggest headache of the summer. He worked so hard on July 24th and finished painting the deck. And it looks Wonderful. Thank you Honey for working so hard to make our house a home. ("Look, I did this!!" quote from the Biscuit)

One week left at home

I am so sad that my time with my girls is nearly over. I have loved staying home with them through the summer months and really getting to know them and getting to know what being a stay at home mom is all about. I am so blessed to have the family I have.
Today, after being recruted by another Law Firm, I recieve a call offering me a job. I took it. So not only am I going back to work, I am also starting at a new place. We also are going to put our house on the market to sell this week or as late as next week. We are really excited about that. We have been looking at houses and found some really nice ones. A lot is going to happen in the next few months that will be excited to our family. Wish us luck.

Grandma's house

We had a great visit at Grandma's this last week. It was only 112 degrees so needless to say, we melted. I didn't take many pictures with the digital so I'll share the ones I have, even the one that Gracie took (can you guess which one?) we spent one day at the "big" pool and the rest at the "little" blow up pool on grandma's patio. The girls really had a great time with Grandma.

Emily's Blessing Day 07/09/06

Emily's Blessing day was awesome. Blake did a wonderful job. I am so very proud of him and his willingness to honor his priesthood. I love him. He is a wonderful father and a husband. We couldn't ask for anything greater than he. We love you honey.
Here are the pictures we took of Emily before church.

She is wearing the same Blessing Dress I wore.

All of my girls were blessed in this dress.
Here is Em looking at her daddy. She is holding her head up really well. Check out the Cheeks are this kid. What a cutie!

Happy 4th of July..at the zoo

Today Gracie, Lilly, Emily, Jordan, Jake, Becca and Bayley all went to the zoo (with parents Me Blake, Lance & Kristi) Its was a lot of fun. We bought a year pass so it was nice to wander around and not have to see everything all in one stop. The best thing the girls really liked was the bird show. I think Kristi and Lance had more fun watching Lilly than the birds. The weather was nice and hot until the end and we got rained out but over all we had a great time. Here our some pictures of our trip...

Going to the Zoo Zoo Zoo...how about you you you?

The First few pictures are of Lilly at the bird show. She was having a great time. And I love that you can see Kristi laughing at her...I think the kids really had a great time. We'll have to go again. Thanks to Lance, Kristi and family for hanging with us today...

Art of Painting

Here are a few pictures of the girls. We went to the arts festival last week and Gracie got here face painted ( a butterfly). They had a nice time. This week we started painting our deck. The girls had fun painting and the did a really nice job. They actually got more paint on the deck the themselves.
