oh boy oh boy we're having a...

Girl!!! Yes, we are having another Girl. I am totally thrilled, Blake is happy as well but a little disappointed. He wanted a boy but girls are great. Gracie is mad. When we were in the Doctors office and the doctor told her she was having a sister she yelled no and hid herself in the changing stall. It was only when the doctor told her that her sister is waving at her did she come out. The first picture is of the baby waving at gracie. you can see 5 little fingers right int he middle of the screen. The second photo is the side view of face and spine. Cool i think. Baby is doing well. Growing like normal. It says on the ultra sound that my due date is June 27th. Blakes Birthday is the 28th and he thinks that would be really cool to share it with her. I think the doctor will take me early since he'll probably do a C-section...but we'll wait and see. I gained a few pounds this month. I could have been the fried Twinkies my brother made on Super Bowl sunday...they were yummy!!!

Sisterly Love

These two are so cute together. Every Morning they love to sit together and have their morning drinks. They sit in Daddy's big blue chair and watch sponge bob. This picture is of Gracie trying to help Lilly walk. She still hasn't quite got it yet but she is pretty close.

BROTHER OR SISTER...??

LAST NIGHT WE WERE READING A STORY IN BED (THE 3 GIRLS AND BARNEY THE DOG) AND IN THE MIDDLE OF GREEN EGGS AND HAM, GRACIE SAYS, "MOMMY, MY BROTHER IS IN YOUR TUMMY RIGHT?" I SAID, "HONEY I DON'T KNOW IF ITS A BROTHER OR A SISTER YET." SHE SAID, "MOM, I HOPE ITS A BROTHER." I SAID, "WHAT IF ITS A SISTER INSTEAD WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO?" SHE THOUGHT AND THOUGHT AND SAID, "I KNOW, WE'LL GIVE HER TO BARNEY..HE DOESN'T HAVE A SISTER." I THINK SHE IS REALLY WORRIED THAT SHE WILL NOT GET A BROTHER. NOW THE PRESSURE IS ON HEAVENLY FATHER...HE BETTER BE SENDING DOWN A BOY..OR HE IS GOING TO BREAK A 3 YEAR OLDS LITTLE HEART. EVERY NIGHT WHEN WE ARE IN BED SHE ASKS ME ABOUT IT. FUNNY.

I felt the baby kick

I was playing on the floor with the girls on Jan 1st, 2006 when all of the sudden I felt a little kick. It seems more real when you feel them moving. I can't wait until the rest of the family can feel it. For now, though, I'll just sit back and enjoy movement.

Baby Watkins First Photo

Here is our little Bundle as of December 2, 2005. The doctor says that the baby's heart beat is perfect and I am about 12 weeks along. That puts us at June 22 as a due date. I had diabetes with Lillybug and he things that I'll probably have it with this baby. If that is the case Dr. Russ will probably take the baby a few weeks early (since diabetic mommies have bigger baby) So He/She might come a little earlier than later. Gracie was a week Late and I think he took Lilly a week early. I will probably have a C-section as well. (which I had with Lilly). That is the update for now.

Baby Watch 2006

Yes, we are expecting our 3 baby. I went to the doctor on Friday. Everything looks good. He gave us a due date of June 22, 2006. He'll probably take it early since I will most likely be diabetic as I was with Lillybug. He said he usually takes diabetics about 2 weeks early because the babies are usually bigger. Lilly wasn't too big she was 7 lb 9oz. She was breech though and so he took her c-section. I'll probably have another C-section with baby #3. Which I am okay with. Blake and Gracie are excited for a new baby. They both swear its a boy. Lilly really could careless at this point. But she'll change her tune when the new baby gets here. We will find out what we are having probably the end of Feb. (Since I am only 12 weeks along)
At any rate, we are happy and healthy..

Happy Halloween

The girls had such a blast last night. This was Lillybugs first Halloween. She was pretty pooped by the end of the night. Gracie was a Fairy Princess and Lillybug was a Lady bug. They looked so cute.

GROWING UP

I can't believe how quickly kids grow up. One minute they are tiny babies at 2 am smiling up at you from milk dripped mouths, next they are crawling head into things (or head over heals down the stairs) then they need to to help them walk, and by the time they can walk on their own they are running. They start saying mommieee, dada, doggy and NO!! Teeth come in along with drool...by then they are One...and you look back at the year and wonder where it all went.
